ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

I welcome students of all ages, levels, and voice types — from beginners to professional singers and speakers.

Please read the 6-step orientation below in the order presented, then reply to the questionnaire at the bottom.

STEP 1 — YOUR JOURNEY STARTS

Begin your path to vocal mastery, building a foundation that lets you discover, strengthen, and express your voice with awareness.

My students come from a wide variety of backgrounds, including:

Classical, opera, musical theater, jazz, pop, R&B, bluegrass, country, rock, heavy metal, and public speaking.

Lesson structure:

• Except for the Introductory Lesson, first half of each session focuses on technical work; second half is for repertoire
• Students may bring any song or speech — any genre
• Lessons are taught online via Zoom; a laptop or tablet is recommended
• Every lesson is recorded for your private study
• Quality over quantity: Weekly lessons are optional; you may schedule weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Daily practice is essential

STEP 2 — SCHEDULING

You will receive view-only access to the studio Google Calendar. To request a lesson, please call 617-863-7379.

• Regular hours: 3pm–8pm EST, daily
• 30-minute breaks between lessons
• Check the weekly view for availability
• Flexibility: Lessons outside regular hours may be arranged on a case-by-case basis to accommodate special circumstances or students in different time zones.
  

STEP 3 — WELCOME / ORIENTATION MEETING & INTRODUCTORY LESSON

Welcome / Orientation Meeting

• Conducted after enrollment, this session introduces you to the studio and reviews your goals and needs
• During this meeting, the Introductory Lesson is scheduled for a separate day
• Ensures a personalized and effective learning plan from the very first lesson

Introductory Lesson (90 minutes)

• Conducted on a separate day from the Orientation Meeting
• 60 minutes: Learn the fundamentals of vocal technique with The Vocathletic System™
• 30 minutes: Apply fundamentals through guided exercises

Separating the Orientation Meeting from the Introductory Lesson ensures clarity, personalized instruction, and an optimal start to your vocal journey. Every session is recorded for private study.

STEP 4 — LESSON RATES

This section outlines three types of rates: 1. Scholarship Rates, 2. Introductory Lesson, 3. Standard Rate.

SCHOLARSHIP RATES

Designed to support consistent progress and reward students who commit to a recurring schedule. Rates are intentionally low to make training more accessible. A minimum of one lesson in a given month qualifies students for these rates. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring schedules are welcome.

Recurring lessons support steady growth and lasting vocal development.

Choose the lesson length that fits your schedule and goals.

Lesson Lengths & Rates:

• 30 minutes — $60
• 45 minutes — $80
• 60 minutes — $100

INTRODUCTORY LESSON

90 minutes — $200

Includes a welcome chat / orientation meeting held separately prior to your first lesson. This session prepares students for the introductory lesson and provides an introduction to The Vocathletic System™.

The introductory lesson is required for all new students.

STANDARD RATE

Schedule-as-you-go

• 60 minutes — $200

Flexible scheduling for students who prefer individual lessons without a recurring commitment.

STEP 5 — PAYMENT METHODS

• Payment is due in advance
• Accepted: Venmo, PayPal, Zelle
• Students with recurring schedules reserve lessons monthly

STEP 6 — CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• 48-hour notice by phone required for all schedule changes
• Emergency cancellations within 48 hours may receive a courtesy makeup at my discretion
